A measured building survey is a detailed survey of an existing building that captures precise measurements of the internal and external structure. Using advanced 3D laser scanning, we produce accurate floor plans, elevations and cross-sections in CAD format, ready for your architect or design team.
A typical residential survey takes one full day on site for properties up to five bedrooms. Larger or more complex properties may require additional time. CAD drawings are usually delivered within 3–5 working days after the site visit.
We provide surveying services across Liverpool and the wider North West, including Manchester, Chester, Warrington, Wigan, Southport, Preston and Blackburn. For projects outside these areas, please contact us and we'll arrange coverage.
We supply drawings in all major CAD formats including AutoCAD (.dwg), Revit (.rvt), ArchiCAD and PDF. Just let us know what software your design team uses and we'll deliver accordingly.
